Our Goal
How might we add a layer of storytelling to Visa’s communication of the digital benefits platform initiative to issuers?
I used a content-first design approach to create a compelling, consumer-focused story rather than presenting the solution. The story would manifest in an interactive leave-behind education tool for issuers to use as reference after a pitch.

The Approach & Process
My first step was to create a narrative framework + script that put the consumer in the driver seat. Rather than presenting the solution right away, the focus was switched to the world of benefits from the consumer’s eyes and competitive landscape as the appropriate lead ins to the solution.
A key component of the story became the incorporation of personas that permeated throughout the tool to humanize the product and see the impact it can have.
I worked to create and communicate actionable next steps in the Visa business team’s engagement with the issuer.
